    295/55x15 should fit; puts 11'' of rubber on pavement at each tire:woot:
    i have them shoe horned under my wheel wells;
    28'' tall like the 275/60x15 i replaced.

    That is really true with big blocks.

    What brand has that size? I know Nitto does not have a size in that range. You are correct that my wheel wells will swallow a 295 no problems. I have seen a few Skylark/GS cars with 325's but they really rolled the lip and had to play a lot with wheels and spacers.

    I have 50/50 adjustable's in the front, big front sway bar. I could soften the shocks and drop the sway bar if at the strip. I tried skinnies on the front and dropping the sway bar and did not like the feel. I do need to get a double adjustable for the rear and that may help. Running plain street 275/60's now and need to go to a drag radial. This is a 99.5% street car so overall handling is really important.

    Swapping to drag radials will blow your mind, be ready to hook. They generally only last about 5 to 10k miles but for me that means a few years. I put the stock shocks and 1" anti-sway bar back on and the car just feels better that way and still hooks. Running 24lbs instead of 30 made a huge difference. Nitto's don't hook as well as MT's but last longer, We have similar set ups as far as power but you have more weight over the rear tires so I suspect you will hook in all gears.

    Vince, I am very happy with the work done. Got about a 1000 miles on it last year and it is better than new. I have no numbers on it but butt dyno says it makes a bit more power. Also sounds less like a box of rocks, more like a box of p-gravel :happy: Sorry about your blower. Hope it is up and running soon.

    have you recorded any increased boost readings like you mentioned ??
    they are telling me that there billet impeller is good at increasing low and mid-range boost because it has one or two more blades,
    no claims or customers reports on high rpm boost??
    more airflow at lower rpms is a win i will take:blackalien:
    i'm also going to ditch the 2.5'' exhaust and put on the larger 3'' system with ultra-flo mufflerso_O
    it should help free up some more horsepower..
    what size exhaust are you using??

    I use a 3 inch with x pipe into a Pypes 3 inch muffler. Forget what model. Use 2 1/2 inch over the axle. According to Pypes the muffler flows about the same as a 2 1/2 pipe.

    My car is setup to shift at 5800, rev limit is 6200. As far as I can tell it will hit 12 psi now, only 11 before the rebuild. The midrange on the old Buick is really, really good.

    Going to post some pictures of the new inlet pipe without any dryer vent tubing soon. No more Home Depot parts!
